I charge a 50% cancellation fee of services booked for any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If rescheduling and it is not within the next week the fee will apply. A 75% fee will be charged for any and all no-shows. I allow a 10 minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time before it is considered a no-show. Any appointments that are rescheduled within the 48 hour timeframe and then cancelled or no-showed will automatically be subject to a fee of 50% or 75% at my discretion. If a deposit (non-refundable) was required at the time of booking, an additional fee will not be charged if cancelled or no-showed. If deposit is required from you at time of booking, it must be paid in order to keep your appointment on the books. Thank you all for understanding!
